Each rental includes delivery, setup, and pickup. We also provide a 100′ 12 gauge extension cord, tarp to protect feet from stickers/debris, a water timer and a 50′ – 100′ water hose as needed if renting a wet unit.
If we suspect you need to cancel due to weather we have 2 options. You can reschedule your event for up to 90 days or recieve a full refund and reschedule at your convenience.
As long as it is only rain and not severe winds or wind gusts 20-25 mph leave the unit inflatable. The rain will not damage the blowers or the inflatable. If lightning or sustained winds above 15 mpg or gusts of 20-25 mpg unplug the blower.
We understand life happens and unforseen circumstances come up. Please give us as much of an advance notice as possible and we will refund your payment. However, if we arrive for delivery and you cancel, there will be a $150 delivery charge.
YES! Please leave the rental inflated for at least 2 hours before pickup, if keeping it overnight leave it inflated overnight. It’s just like leaving a fan on overnight. Leaving it inflated prevents animals from wanting to bed down, dig and tear up the rental. It also helps the next customer get their rental on time, because it’s faster for us to clean, inspect and pickup an inflated, dry rental. We often find toys & socks in the inflatables that would be lost inside an already deflated unit.
It is the customers responsiblity to pay for the repairs for anything damaged as a result of us driving stakes in the ground. We always ask if sprinkler heads or water lines are present and do our best to avoid causing damage to a water line. However, these things happen, and while unfortunate we will help if we can but it would be an additional charge. However, if we have more deliveries to make those take priority.
All waterslides will be placed so the water drains downhill out of the slide. Having a waterslide facing uphill results in it becoming filled with water inside. If enough water is inside the unit, it is impossible to pickup. We would have to leave it there to let the water drain/evaporate and charge for an additional day, as we may have to cancel somone else’s party.
No pets are allowed on the inflatable as they have sharp claws and teeth and may cause damage.
If you’re having a late party, no problem. It’s $40 extra for next day pickup. However, let us know before we get there for pickup. Deciding on next day pickup after we get there will cost $100 instead of $40 for next day pickup to cover fuel and labor/drive time cost.
NO! After the unit is set up, please do not move it. If set up incorrectly people can get hurt, or the rental can be damaged.
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should lake, pond water be used with any inflatable. Avoid using well water when possible. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
